Jin Yongchuan visited the company's combing equipment factory, winding equipment factory and production workshop, learned about the assembly and manufacturing process of Qingdao Hongda's three major products, had fully conversated with technical personnel about lean improvement, intelligent processing, MES system construction, etc. Mr. Jin fully affirmed the intelligent breakthrough and innovative design of the product. In the remote operation and maintenance monitoring center and the centennial development culture exhibition hall, they learned about Qingdao's grand development history and launched the industry's first remote operation and maintenance control system.

After the visit, Mr. Jin Yongchuan had cordial exchanges with Che Shehai, winner of the National May Day Labor Medal and chief designer of the company, and expressed high affirmation for scientific and technological research and development personnel. Jin said that the high-level talent team plays an important role in the three-year action of revitalizing textile machinery, and it is necessary to discover and cultivate potential scientific research talents and introduce high-quality talents; Optimize the innovation ecology and improve the incentive mechanism for scientific researchers; Leading talents should continue to play the role of "passing on and helping", cultivate more high-quality talents, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.

At the research symposium, Wang Lixia, executive director and general manager of Qingdao Hongda, based on the group's three-year action plan for revitalizing textile machinery, made a detailed report from the company's basic situation, business indicators and key work completion, and future development direction, Jin Yongchuan and his party fully communicated with the participants, and put forward opinions and requirements for the next development of Qingdao Hongda.

Jin Yongchuan said that Qingdao Hongda, as a "bridgehead" of great strategic significance in Hi-tech Group's textile machinery manufacturing, has gone through a century of development, formed its own unique cultural system and is a relatively excellent enterprise in the group. In view of Qingdao's grand future development direction, he stressed that firstly, we must strengthen our mission and responsibility, continue to play an exemplary and leading role, and make more responsibilities and contributions to the revitalization of textile machinery; secondly, is to focus on product functions, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, and truly achieve products upgrading; thirdly,  is to build a strong talent team, strengthen talent reserves, cultivate and incubate talents with high comprehensive quality, and consolidate the talent foundation for the high-quality development of enterprises and groups; Fourthly, we should continue to strengthen the internal management of enterprises, deepen the reform of the three systems; Fifthly, it is necessary to be prepared for danger in times of peace, enhance the sense of worry, self-pressure, self-revolution, self-breakthrough, self-improvement, and always maintain the vitality of enterprise development.
