JWF1062 Distributing weighing machine X3 + JWF1028 Mixing lattice
The weighing raw material mixing unit is suitable for high precision weighing, measuring, mixing and opening various grades of raw cotton, colored cotton, cotton-type chemical fiber and medium-length chemical fiber under 76mm.
The unit includes opener (condenser), fan, weighing machine and lattice mixer. Generally, it is equipped with 2 to 4 weighing machines for mix-spinning of two or three kinds of fibers. The production can reach 800Kg per hour. The machine unit can meet the demands of high-end customers in the textile and nonwoven industries for high precision mixing ratio and high output.
lThe adoption of continuous feeding mode for opener keeps stable density of fiber in upper hopper of distributing-weighing machine so as to make cotton feeding uniform.
lThe feed roller of the weighing distributor adopts double-speed feeding system, which guarantees both the output and the feeding precision.
lThe beater adopts full-comb mode to ensure the opening of fibers to achieve the requirement of precise feeding.
lA flap device is added above the weighing bucket to ensure the weighing precision. The flaps should be closed immediately when the weighing bucket reached the target.

The flat lattice of the lattice mixer adopts intermittent motion mode. When the weighing bucket of weighing distributor reaches its target weight, raw material falls down. The raw materials are superimposed successively to achieve the mixing effect of “plank in horizontal and pluck in vertical”.
